How does the at-home blood draw work?+
An accredited nurse visits your villa at a time that suits you. The draw takes about 15 minutes and samples are couriered to our partner lab the same day.
How long until I get results?+
Most panels return in 7–14 days, followed by a written specialist review and personalised protocol (optional 1:1 consult with Robyn).
Will my international insurance cover this?+
Most international plans (SafetyWing, Cigna, Bupa, AXA, Allianz, IMG, PassportCard, Pacific Prime) typically reimburse hormone testing. We help you structure the claim.
Which package should I pick?+
Start with Essential if you've never tested. Choose Fertility if you're planning pregnancy, Harmony for ongoing symptoms, or Perimenopause if you're 35–55 and in transition.
