Auckland fertility clinic alternative — at-home fertility test.

Auckland fertility clinics have long wait-lists and an IVF-shaped funnel. If you want to know your baseline first — AMH, FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, prolactin and full thyroid — Her Form draws the full panel at your Auckland home and our health specialists reviews it before you commit to a clinic pathway.

Use this before, during or instead of an Auckland fertility-clinic consult. Same labs, same markers, no referral, no queue.

Educational information from Her Form — reviewed for accuracy by our health specialists.
Not a substitute for personal medical advice. Optional 1:1 consults with Robyn, our consulting women's-health specialist, are available on request.

Her Form runs the full fertility panel at your home anywhere in Auckland. Public fertility services in NZ require a GP referral and have wait-lists; private clinics charge clinic fees on top of bloods. We're direct-to-consumer.

How to read AMH test results?+

AMH is reported in pmol/L in NZ. Roughly: >25 high, 10–25 normal for fertile years, 3–10 reduced, <3 very low. Read against age — a 35-year-old's 'normal' looks different to a 25-year-old's. our health specialists writes the interpretation against your age and goals.

Do I need an Auckland fertility clinic referral?+

No referral for Her Form. If results suggest you should see a fertility clinic (Repromed, Fertility Associates), our health specialists explains what to ask for and shares the report.

When in my cycle should I test for fertility?+

Day 2–5 for FSH/LH/estradiol/prolactin; day 21 for progesterone (confirms ovulation); AMH and thyroid any day.

How long should we try before testing?+

Under 35: 12 months. 35+: 6 months. With irregular cycles, no period off the pill or a known thyroid issue: test now.
