The promise

Every Her Form package is backed by a 90-day results guarantee. If we can't help you move the needle on the symptoms you booked us for, we will work with you to make it right — additional follow-up consults with Robyn, retesting at our cost, or a partial refund.

How to claim

1. Email hello@getherform.com within 90 days of receiving your protocol.
2. Describe what isn't working and what you've tried from the protocol.
3. Our team will respond within two business days with next steps.

What's not covered

• Lab costs already paid to our partner laboratory once analysis is complete.
• Issues outside the scope of hormone health (e.g. acute illness, structural conditions).

Shopify refunds

Refunds processed via Shopify are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
